While we all have preferences for web browsers, each browser provides different functionality. For example, TWU’s Oracle (formerly known as Phoenix) works best using the Internet Explorer web browser.

When using Oracle, open the Internet Explorer web browser, type oracle.twu.edu in the address bar and tap the “Enter” key to access the site. A VPN connection is required to access Oracle off-campus.
