Now that we have a few weeks of the semester behind us, IT Solutions is offering a new set of virtual RingCentral training sessions. Learn exactly what your phone can do.

Training sessions will include a presentation-driven overview of RingCentral, app use, desk phone use, and customization needs.

Sessions are scheduled:

• Tuesday, Oct. 19 – 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 2 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 20 – 9 a.m., 2 p.m.

All sessions may be accessed via the same link.

A RingCentral-led User Basics Training will be presented 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 21, on Zoom.

Some other things to keep in mind:

• These sessions will focus on telephony, the technology used to allow communication from afar. If you’re interested in messaging, text, and/or video, look for additional sessions soon
