Planning to be away from the office? Several TWU systems offer tools to help manage responsibilities and communications during your absence. Here’s how to set up out-of-office options across key platforms:
DELEGATE OR REASSIGN IN ORACLE CLOUD
Oracle Cloud allows you to either Delegate or Reassign tasks during your time away. Follow the steps below:
- Open Oracle Cloud
- Open Notifications
- Select Show All
- Click Worklist (opens in a new window)
- Select your Username > Preferences
- Click Enable Vacation Period
- Choose a Start Date and End Date
- Select Delegate or Reassign
- Click Save

RINGCENTRAL
