Manage Out-of-Office Settings for Time Away

Planning to be away from the office? Several TWU systems offer tools to help manage responsibilities and communications during your absence. Here’s how to set up out-of-office options across key platforms:

DELEGATE OR REASSIGN IN ORACLE CLOUD
Oracle Cloud allows you to either Delegate or Reassign tasks during your time away. Follow the steps below:

  1.  Open Oracle Cloud
  2.  Open Notifications
  3.  Select Show All
  4.  Click Worklist (opens in a new window)
  5.  Select your Username > Preferences
  6.  Click Enable Vacation Period
  7.  Choose a Start Date and End Date
  8.  Select Delegate or Reassign
  9.  Click Save

Delegate or Reassign in Oracle Cloud (Vacation Rules / Out-of-Office)

RINGCENTRAL
RingCentral allows you to create custom rules for when you're away. You can set a specific greeting and reroute calls or messages for a set time. See RingCentral: Setting Custom Rules for Out of Office

EMAIL
Both Outlook and Gmail support automatic out-of-office replies. Follow instructions for your platform:

MICROSOFT TEAMS
