Last year IT Solutions rolled out Office 365 to all new computers in computer classrooms and labs. This year, instructor station computers also require a login to use Office 365 upon first use. Once you've logged into one Office 365 application, all are activated on that computer from then on under your login.
For instance, if you want to use PowerPoint, launch the program. It will prompt you to login. Do so with your TWU email address and portal password. That will be the last time you will be prompted to login to use Office products on that instructor station computer.
Note: Now that Office 365 requires multi-factor authentication, please bring your mobile device with you to the classroom for quick authentication.
