By June 1, 2023, all documents residing on GMedia will be moved to OnBase. The migration to OnBase started in 2018, and this effort is the final step to retiring the homegrown imaging system, GMedia. Doing so provides greater security and reliability, while reducing overall costs.

What does this mean for you? 

Over the coming weeks, the documents you’ve sought in GMedia will no longer be available there. You will need to use OnBase solely. IT Solutions will communicate directly with the departments that access documents in GMedia to test and validate the migration.
