Do you ever wonder about the people for whom buildings on TWU campuses are named? Mary Gibbs Jones, a Texas native who dedicated her life to humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors, has been honored on both the Denton and Houston campuses.

TWU to host virtual commencement May 22

While Texas Woman’s will not be able to celebrate commencement in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the university community will recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2020 through virtual commencement ceremonies.
