  • Collaborate with Advancement to identify & approach philanthropic partners
  • Increase annual external research funding to $8 million
  • Grow graduate student support through tuition waivers, stipends, scholarships
  • Raise faculty visibility through publication in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and creative activities for public participation
  • Strengthen intellectual property footprint through disclosures, patents, and licensing
