If you’re among the faculty and staff members randomly selected to participate in The Chronicle of Higher Education’s annual “Great Colleges to Work For” survey, this is your chance to voice your opinion about working at Texas Woman’s University.
In light of the challenges presented by COVID-19, the survey deadline has been extended. If you received an email with a link to the survey, please complete it and submit your response by midnight Friday, April 10. A high participation rate will be more representative of the university as a whole, so the more feedback, the better.
The survey is administered by a third party, ModernThink LLC, an independent research and consulting firm that specializes in workplace excellence. Responses are sent directly to, and processed by, the firm, and employers are not given any information in a way that would enable them to trace answers back to a specific person.
The results of the survey play an important role in the recognition process and in collecting industry benchmarks. In September, a special insert will be published in The Chronicle of Higher Education highlighting the program findings and recognizing institutions that are creating great workplaces. Afterward, each institution will receive reports summarizing its results.
