Shiru Lin, PhD, of Chemistry and Biochemistry has been awarded grants for three research projects, including two with colleagues from TWU’s Nutrition & Food Sciences.
Lin earned a $55,000 grant from the American Chemical Society for her project “Unravelling CO2 Reduction Pathway Selectivity: Computational Insights into Cu, Fe, and Ni-Doped Graphene and Fe, Ni-Doped Alloy Catalysts.”
Lin is recruiting students to join the computational chemistry research group to participate in the two-year project. Students from chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering and related fields are encouraged to apply to Lin at sline6@twu.edu.
