Weddington service scheduled Feb. 10

Services for Sarah Weddington, attorney and former Distinguished Visiting Professor at Texas Woman’s University, will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 10, at Texas State Cemetery in Austin. Chancellor Carine Feyten will attend as a representative of the university. The service will be livestreamed.

Weddington argued the landmark Roe v. Wade case before the U.S. Supreme Court. She passed away Dec. 26, 2021.
