The TWU Department of Visual Arts will host an artist lecture with award-winning multi-media artist Christian Cruz at 5:15 p.m., Thursday, March 25. The lecture will take place via Zoom.

Cruz’s work take the form of performance, installation, video and photo within a visual arts context. She has performed nationally and internationally in galleries, museums, universities, festivals and public spaces. In 2020, Cruz created “Artist Mama Fund” for single mothers who are artists; and her first solo exhibition, “Living Portraits of Abstract Rituals,” featured three simultaneous performance installations.
