TWU Facilities is conducting a sale of surplus items via an online auction with Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. Online bidding for the sale ends at 9 a.m., Monday, June 14. Prices and payment information are listed on the website.

A preview of items on the TWU Denton campus is by appointment only Monday through Friday. All items are in unknown working condition unless otherwise stated and are sold as is, where is, with no warranties implied or expressed. Bidding without previewing the items is strongly discouraged.

Winning bidders must remove their items within four business days after the auction closes. Item removal is by appointment only Monday through Friday. In compliance with the Texas Governor's order, mask-wearing is optional during preview and pickup.

Failure to remove property by the appropriate date will result in account deactivation for both live and online auctions. If items purchased are not removed by the last removal date, the buyer forfeits all monies paid and the property reverts to Texas Woman's University with no recourse.

 No assistance or shipping/packing services will be available from Texas Woman's University or Lone Star employees for the removal and transportation of items won.
