The TWU chapter of Sigma Xi, the science and engineering research honors society, will host a Science Cafe conversation, "AI in FOOD-The not so magic ingredient," with Bruce Perkin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12, in the Ann Stuart Science Complex (ASSC), room 259.
Perkin, TWU faculty and the principal scientist and operator of Robust Food Solutions, will lead a discussion about AI utilization in food safety, innovation, product development, and quality control.
This event can also be accessed via Zoom, and everybody is invited.
