Performance Evaluations begin Sept. 23

Staff Performance Evaluations will begin on Sept. 23, 2024. Below is a timeline and more information.

2023-2024 Staff Performance Evaluation Timeline

Sept. 23 – Oct. 4

  • Supervisor/Employee Training*
  • Self-Appraisals entered by employees (1st level supervisors may begin evaluations as soon as Self-Appraisals are complete)

Oct. 7 – Oct. 18

  • Performance Evaluations entered by 1st level supervisors (2nd level supervisors may begin approval as soon as evaluations are entered) 

Oct. 21 – Oct. 25

  • Performance Evaluations reviewed and approved by 2nd level supervisors 

Oct. 28 – Nov. 8

  • Performance Evaluation meetings with employees 

* Training will be available September 16, 2024

Supervisors will complete a performance evaluation for all regular full-time and regular part-time staff employees hired prior to July 1, 2024

More Information

  • Performance Evaluation Process Eligibility:  Regular part-time and full-time staff employees hired prior to July 1, 2024, will participate in the performance evaluation process.
  • Training: Zoom live sessions focused on Oracle Cloud steps for staff employees and supervisors will be available beginning September 24, 2024. Links to register will be sent in a separate communication. One-on-one sessions will be utilized as needed. Self Appraisals and Performance Evaluations will be conducted in Oracle Cloud:
  • Centralized Platform: Oracle Cloud provides an integrated system where performance management and HR data can be stored and accessed in one place.
  • Real-Time Auto Saving: Employees and Managers will no longer need to manually save work every 20 minutes or risk losing progress, as Oracle Cloud automatically saves data in real time.
  • Cloud-Based Access: Oracle Cloud allows employees and managers to access the performance system from anywhere.
