For the past three years, IT Solutions, with the support of Finance & Administration, has made substantial progress on the modernization of TWU classrooms on the Houston, Dallas, and Denton campuses.

Following the creation of improved, easy to use, and cost-effective classroom build standards, a seven-year refresh cycle was established. With 210 classrooms across TWU’s three campuses, 30 classrooms per year will be fully upgraded to one of the four classroom technology standards.

IT Solutions also has partnered with University Scheduling and Marketing & Communication to create a one-stop shop website for TWU classrooms. Faculty, staff, and students can view classrooms virtually, check schedules, make reservations, find trainings on available technology, and request support, all from one place.
