The 2026-2027 academic year is approaching quickly! Mark your calendar for Maroon Move-In happening the week of August 17th! One of the biggest events of the year, we are preparing to welcome over 2,000 Pioneers to campus with 125th anniversary spirit! With the increased traffic and festivities on campus during this time, the move-in process will be spread out over three days.

Wednesday, August 19th - Lowry Woods Apartments
The success of Fall Move-in is due in large part to our volunteers, and YOU could be one of them! TWU employees can still sign up to volunteer and help welcome our Pioneers to campus on the first two move-in days: Monday the 17th and/or Tuesday the 18th.

Faculty/Staff Meal Plans
Looking for a better way to get in your lunches? Dining now offers two different faculty/staff meal plans for you to choose from!
Faculty/Staff 40 [$400]
This plan includes 40 meals at the Dining Hall with $150 dining dollars to use at retail locations.
Faculty/Staff 20 [$150]
This plan is a new addition coming this fall that includes 20 meal swipes at the Dining Hall with no dining dollars.

Block Party Volunteers Needed
Student Life invites faculty and staff to meet new students in a fun, student-focused annual tradition aimed at easing the on-campus transition and building participants' identity as a TWU Pioneer. Enjoy food and music, connect with students, and be a part of their connection to each other and Denton community resources.
For $10.68 each, departments have the opportunity to purchase wristbands for their staff members. If your department would like to purchase food wristbands for your staff members, please complete this form by 5 pm on Friday, August 14th. Participants will receive a wristband that can be used at all food stations. Wristbands will be available for pick up from the Student Union at Hubbard Hall Information Desk starting Wednesday, August 19th.
