TWU ID Services has a new ticketing system and a refreshed webpage.

The ticketing system is used for all access requests, reporting system issues, building schedule changes, or for online students to request a TWU Pioneer ID Card. The ticketing system can be accessed from the ID Services web page.

The updated ID Services website has expanded information about opportunities and processes involving the TWU Pioneer ID Card, including an FAQ section to use as a reference point. The ticketing system can be accessed directly here.
