Houston Nursing faculty Vi Ho, Angeles Nava and Joan Killen, with groups of TWU nursing students, participated in a Community Health Fair on March 27 at Quang Duc Temple northwest of Houston. The group provided blood pressure and diabetes screenings, osteoporosis screenings with bone density, hypertension, liver disease and liver cancer screenings, breast cancer screening, and vision screening.

The groups also provided education on these diseases via one-on-one talks and poster presentations.
