Mark your calendars – the Greater Denton Arts Council will feature nine female instructors who helped shape the arts program at Texas Woman’s in an exhibition scheduled Oct. 14-Dec. 17 at the GDAC, 400 E. Hickory St.

“Forgotten 9” will focus on Dorothy LaSelle, Mattie Lee Lacy, Marie Delleney, Mary Marshall, Carlotta Corpron, Edith Brisac, Coreen Spellman, Thetis Lemmon, and Marjorie Baltzel. The exhibition will include works on loan from the private collection of D. Jack Davis and the TWU Libraries Woman’s Collection.
