The Facilities Management & Construction (FMC) department would like to extend an opportunity to all faculty and staff to participate in a survey intended to gather feedback regarding the state of campus facilities from your perspective.

The survey is short and expected to take just a few minutes to complete. Similar to the feedback sessions held recently for all campuses, the results will assist us in making strategic and operational improvements within our department following the continuous improvement model.   

Your prompt assistance is much appreciated, as this survey will close on Friday, April 4.

Each campus has a separate survey (Denton, Dallas, Houston), so should you teach or work at more than one campus, please complete the survey for each campus.
