Doswell Health Informatics Conference continues success

Roughly 185 attendees, nearly 10% more than in 2023, took part in this year’s 2025 Doswell Health Informatics Conference on artificial intelligence in healthcare, hosted by the College of Nursing.

The conference was held at TWU Dallas on Friday, April 25. 

This year’s theme was AI in Healthcare: Bridging Innovation, Practice, and Education.

Judy Murphy, DN (hon), RN, FACMI, LFHIMSS, FAAN, a nationally recognized leader in health information technology, was this year’s keynote speaker. She spoke on the complexities of integrating AI into healthcare, emphasizing the importance of aligning strategy and culture while addressing issues across the healthcare spectrum.
