Texas Woman’s employees have the opportunity to voice their opinions about working at the university through the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council’s diversity climate survey, but time is running out – the survey closes Sunday, Nov. 14.
Approximately 32% of TWU employees have completed the survey so far. DEI Council Chair Jason Lambert (College of Business) said he hopes the rate will go even higher before the survey closes.
“For those who may have reservations about completing the survey, or if you have not already completed the survey, please understand that your responses are confidential and anonymous,” Lambert said. “I strongly encourage you to complete the survey, because the information you provide will help TWU develop practices that over time will promote equity and a sense of belonging for everyone.”
The survey is available both in English and Spanish. Hard copies also are available at the following locations on each campus:
- Denton campus – Office of Human Resources, second floor, Oakland Complex
- Dallas campus – Student Life, Suite 3600
- Houston campus – Suite 1300, First floor, front desk near Houston One Stop area
Completed hard copy surveys should be returned by Nov. 14 via interoffice mail. Surveys should be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Jason Lambert, CFO 1007. Do not write your name or any other self-identifying information on the envelope.
