The Intercultural Institute of Research presents “The Sistine Chapel: Michelangelo’s Glorious Frescoes,” 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, in the Joyce Thompson Lecture Hall (Library 101). The event, which is free and open to the public, is a lecture in the Classical Art series initiated by

Get ready for a hauntingly good time as the
TWU Wind Symphony
presents
Frankenstein
, 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, in the Margo Jones Performance Hall. The event is a screening of the 1931 cult-classic film featuring Michael Shapiro’s original wind band score performed live by the TWU Wind Symphony. Concessions will be available, and costume contests will be held for all ages.
Tickets
are $10 for general admission, $5 for students/seniors. Children younger than 12 will be admitted free.

takes place 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, in the Golden Triangle Mall Food Court. TWU faculty and students will present their current research projects to the public.
