Nominations are open for the Outstanding Achievement Awards and the coveted TWU Award of Excellence. Employees are selected based on outstanding achievements, accomplishments, or service to Texas Woman's University. Department heads, deans, and vice presidents are asked to add supportive justification or recommend additional employees as appropriate.

Nominations must be submitted via the 2025 Nomination Form. Additional letters of recommendation or support may be attached, but must not be duplicates. All nomination forms must be submitted prior to 5 p.m. on Feb. 28. The nominee's employment date, title, and standing will be verified by the Office of Human Resources, and forwarded to the Staff Awards Selection Committee for deliberation. The Committee will submit their recommendations to the Chancellor and President for final approval.
