The ITS Service Desk is open seven days a week: 

• Monday-Thursday — 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.   
• Friday — 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday — 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.                   
• Sunday — 3-9 p.m.
