To support ongoing SQL Reports and Colleague development—and to ensure a smooth and efficient system transition—we will implement a temporary pause on all non-essential Colleague-related change requests.

Why this matters

• Reduces rework during the migration process
• Maintains system consistency and alignment during a critical implementation phase

What to expect

• All non-essential Colleague change requests will be placed on hold until further notice. This includes requests for new Colleague SQL reports and modifications to existing reports.
• Updates regarding the duration of the pause and next steps will be shared as they become available.

Exceptions

If a change request is necessary to meet state or federal reporting or compliance requirements, please submit a service ticket through the Technology Service Center. Requests will be reviewed and coordinated as appropriate.
