We’re excited to share a new enhancement designed to make your Service Desk experience more convenient. The Callback feature in RingCentral is now available, giving you the option to receive a return call instead of waiting on hold.
Skip the Hold with Callback
When call volume is high, you can choose to request a callback. Your place in line is saved, and a Service Desk agent will call you back as soon as one becomes available.
- Missed the call? No problem — one additional callback attempt will be made.
How It Works
Getting a callback is simple:
- Call the Service Desk at 940-898-3971
- Press 1 when prompted to request a callback
- Confirm your phone number
- Hang up and wait for your return call
Prefer Online? Submit a Ticket
You can always submit a request through ServiceCenter.twu.edu for a tracked support ticket.
- Requests are reviewed and assigned in the order received
- Updates are typically provided via email
