Skip the hold: request a service desk callback

We’re excited to share a new enhancement designed to make your Service Desk experience more convenient. The Callback feature in RingCentral is now available, giving you the option to receive a return call instead of waiting on hold.

 

Skip the Hold with Callback

When call volume is high, you can choose to request a callback. Your place in line is saved, and a Service Desk agent will call you back as soon as one becomes available.

  • Missed the call? No problem — one additional callback attempt will be made.

 

How It Works

Getting a callback is simple:

  • Call the Service Desk at 940-898-3971
  • Press 1 when prompted to request a callback
  • Confirm your phone number
  • Hang up and wait for your return call

 

Prefer Online? Submit a Ticket

You can always submit a request through ServiceCenter.twu.edu for a tracked support ticket.

  • Requests are reviewed and assigned in the order received
  • Updates are typically provided via email
