TWU employees can learn more about Concur, iAssets, hiring, contracts, RingCentral, Bridge, and more in upcoming sessions.

Experts from Procurement, Human Resources, Teaching & Learning with Technology, Academic Affairs, IT Solutions, and Facilities Management will host presentations 1-4 p.m., Dec. 14-15. All sessions will take place via Zoom.

Scheduled sessions are:

Tuesday, Dec. 14

• 1-1:45 p.m. – iAssets
• 2-3:15 p.m. – RingCentral
• 3:30-4:15 p.m. – Bridge

Wednesday, Dec. 15

• 1-2:15 p.m. – Hiring 101
• 2:30-3:15 p.m. – Contracts
• 3:30-4:15 p.m. – Concur

Anyone who interfaces with TWU systems and processes related to purchasing, hiring, managing assets, managing people, and/or communicating is encouraged to attend. The goal of each session is to provide a high-level process/system overview to increase transparency, answer FAQ, and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions.

Registration is not required. No sessions will overlap, and no sessions will be repeated. Sessions will be recorded.

Sessions will be 45-90 minutes with scheduled breaks. Links to resources will be provided to all attendees following the event.

You may choose to register via TWU's employee LMS, Bridge, to receive a certificate of attendance: 

1. Navigate to twu.bridgeapp.com (works best in Chrome) (if not logged on with @twu.edu Google, try an incognito or private window)
2. In Learn, select the third tab, TRAINING CALENDAR
3. Click on Ask the Experts for Dec. 14 or Dec. 15 and click Register
4. You should receive an email with two calendar attachments
5. (and you can learn more about Bridge on the 14^th)
