To update information
Create a ticket at servicecenter.twu.edu for changes to the following in the directory.
- Office Location
- Phone Number
To update a department name on the directory, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Queue managers can update call queues in RingCentral, and iAssets is self-service. To update a department website, email email@example.com.
Faculty and staff can update their profiles by editing information in MY1CV (Sedona).
Employees can manage phone settings, including call hold music and voicemail greeting. Submit a ticket at servicecenter.twu.edu with an audio recording of your name.
Departments may find the Department Data Template a useful tool for organizing employees’ information.
