Cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility, and staying informed is one of our best defenses. As required by the State of Texas, TWU employees, student workers, and contractors with system access are required to take a short online course upon hire to learn about security best practices and must refresh their security knowledge on an annual basis. By completing this training, you'll be equipped with the skills you need to defend our organization against phishing and other social engineering attacks.

Employees who have not completed training will receive email reminders. Supervisors are encouraged to check with their teams to ensure compliance. Training must be completed by August 31, 2025, per the State of Texas deadline.

Training is automatically assigned to required employees and is available via Bridge.
