The service that supports filestorage.twu.edu will reach its end-of-life cycle on Friday, June 1 and will no longer be supported. Filestorage and My Web provide access to limited file storage and web hosting space. Both are located in the Pioneer Portal under My Tools>>My Network Storage (File Storage). If you do not store files in the Portal in My Network Storage or My Web, you do not need to take any action. For convenient web access to files and additional storage space, the Office of Technology encourages faculty and staff to use cloud storage for storing files and Google Sites for website hosting. If you’re currently storing files on the X Drive (My Personal Folder), you may continue to do so; however, web access via the Portal will no longer be available. Access to the X Drive will only be available from an on-campus computer or through Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Remote Desktop.
