Navigate to techchat.twu.edu to request updates to Zoom, RingCentral, and any other TWU computer or software you are using.
When checking for Windows updates on your TWU device, you may see an option to install Windows 11. Please ignore this. IT Solutions is still testing Windows 11 and will communicate when it is ready for use. Chat is great because you can keep working while the desk prepares to work with you.
