ITS is aware that some users are experiencing performance issues and error messages with the Adobe Acrobat desktop application. These problems are not related to your license or account—they are caused by specific system files installed by Adobe on local devices.
Recommended Action: Use the Adobe Acrobat Web App to avoid disruption.
How to Access:
- Go to https://acrobat.adobe.com
- Click Sign In (top-right corner)
- Select Continue with Google
- Sign in with your TWU email and password
- If prompted, choose Company or School Account

The web app is included with your existing TWU Adobe license and provides the same PDF editing and signing tools as the desktop version. ITS will share updates when a permanent solution is available.
