COVID-19 has taken the lives of faculty, staff, and friends at TWU. Staff Council would like to honor those lives by placing a memorial bench on the Denton campus in remembrance. The council seeks to raise $1,000 to provide a permanent space to reflect on loved ones lost during the pandemic.

While Staff Council will spearhead this project, it is meant to provide a reflection piece for anyone at TWU and in Denton to use. The memorial bench will include a plaque in tribute to those lost.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the Campus Beautification Fund. Donations may be made through the Pioneer Funder. Select “TWU COVID-19 Memorial Bench.”
