The following Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) code shall determine Staff Council representation for the university. The same population numbers, but without reference to EEOC code, shall be used to determine representatives from the Dallas and Houston centers as separate entities. Populations are based on the most current listing available from Human Resources for the month preceding the nomination call with a representation of one Staff Council member per 30 staff members.
