The Creative Arts and Humanities Grants Program Spring 2024 winners were announced by Research and Sponsored Programs.

• Jason Lambert, PhD, Business - Token Consciousness Scale Validation
• Gabrielle Smith, PhD, Psychology and Philosophy - Strands of Acceptance: Unraveling the Psychology of Hair in Society
• Stina Soderling, PhD, Multicultural Women’s and Gender Studies - Senses of time in a queer community in rural Tennessee, 1990s to 2010s

The Creative Arts and Humanities Grants Program supports TWU faculty projects in areas which ordinarily have very limited opportunity to receive external grant funding yet have the potential to enhance scholarship and TWU’s profile nationally and internationally. Up to $7,500 may be requested to support these projects and all full-time tenured and tenure-track faculty may apply.  

The fall deadline is in October 2024.
