The Food Science & Flavor Chemistry program is seeking additional male participants for a consumer research study. If you are age 18-45, have no nut allergies, and like spicy and seasoned products, this could be the study for you! You’d get to taste test nut products and you’d receive $5 as compensation for your time.

The research study will test a new snack product for overall opinion, flavor intensity, and purchasing intent.
