Participants needed for study

Research participants are needed to examine the forces on joints of the lower body during a repeated maximum effort kettlebell swing protocol.

Are you up for a challenge? If so, you must be:

  • Resistance trained (three or more years of experience)
  • Kettlebell swing experience (three or more months at two or more times per week; approximately 24 swing sessions)
  • Free of any hip, knee and/or ankle joint injuries (at least six months)
  • Must be able to perform at least 15 kettlebell swings/round
  • 18-35 years old
  • Male
