The Texas Woman’s University Board of Regents will conduct its quarterly meeting via videoconference Nov. 12-13. The committee meetings and full board meeting will be available via livestream.

The Finance and Audit Committee and the Academic Affairs Committee will meet at 1 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 12.

The full board meeting will begin at 9 a.m., Friday, Nov. 13. Items on the agenda include:

• Recommend approval of the audit plan for Fiscal Year 2021
• Recommend approval of renovations projects in Guinn and Stark halls
• Recommend approval of the Quakertown Park Project
• Recommend approval of revisions to the tuition and fee policy
• Recommend approval of faculty tenure
• Recognition in honor and memory of Dr. Sophie Lin Rydin
• Recommend approval of naming School of Occupational Therapy - Houston
