Texas Woman’s will hold an online TWU Employee COVID-19 Town Hall at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 8, to provide answers about the university’s new proactive testing program. Matt Moustakas, executive director of Risk Management, will lead the discussion, and others from divisions across the university will be available to answer questions.
To join the online town hall, you will need to preregister using the Zoom Webinar Registration link. You will receive a meeting link and password via email prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be closed captioned and recorded for future viewing.
Information about the testing program is available on the university’s coronavirus website. Faculty and staff are encouraged to read the information prior to the town hall, as it provides details on the program and also lists exemptions and explains what occurs with noncompliance.
TWU is launching the proactive testing program to help the university in its efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. All university employees and students are encouraged to follow CDC recommendations such as frequent hand washing, social distancing, getting vaccinated, quarantining when feeling ill, and wearing masks indoors.
