The Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE), with support from the Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership, has secured an institutional membership with the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity.

By joining this consortium, TWU will be able to help all faculty, adjuncts, staff, and future faculty (i.e., grad students) become leaders and role models in equitable and inclusive practices. Employees will be supplied with foundational and advanced skills that not only are critical to academic success but also are conceived to transcend discipline, rank, race, and gender.

The CFE will host an official kickoff celebration at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25. More information about the organization, its resources, and directions for self-enrollment will be provided. The kickoff event will take place via Zoom.
