Ghouls and goblins galore turned up for the Spooktacular Staff Halloween Costume Contest sponsored by Asset on Oct. 31 in Denton. Festive treats were offered to those who showed up to cheer or participate in the parade to select the best individual and group costumes.

Individual winners were:

1st place: Travis Koerner (facilities manager), a baseball trophy

2nd place: Amy Lanier (library), the crazy cat lady

Group winner was Marketing & Communication, who came as the characters in the Wizard of Oz. The group included Yolanda Franklin, Scott Bynum, Elizabeth Gustwick, Deanna Titzler, Ray Willhoft, Holly Nelson, Renee Thompson, Daniel Cantu, Michael Modecki, Cindy Pollard, Gavin DeCuir, Anna Ryan, Liz Stewart, Monique Bird and Christy Savage.
