As October winds down, so does TWU’s State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC). Only a few events remain on the SECC calendar, and time is running out to make your donation to help those in need.

Though the registration deadline has passed for the TWU SECC Scavenger Hunt, the end date was extended to Friday, Oct. 23. If you’re involved in this game, you still have a few days to wrap it up.

Coordinating the creation of baskets for the Basket Building Challenge & Auction has been a challenge in the climate of COVID-19, so the deadline to submit baskets has been extended and the entire auction has been moved online.

Did you sign up for the Escape Room? Your team has until Friday, Oct. 23, to complete the challenge.

The TWU’s Got Talent Showcase will air at noon Wednesday, Oct. 28 via Zoom, but you still have until Monday, Oct. 26 to enter! Winners of the Dr. Bettye Myers Challenge also will be announced during the showcase. The deadline to qualify for the drawing is 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 25.

The Charity Showcase is ongoing. Create a video or a single slide (PowerPoint or Google Slide) that highlights your favorite SECC charity. This is your opportunity to get the word out to others at TWU.
