IT Solutions recommends taking a moment to check your Teams profile and contact info. These data are generated from two locations: your Outlook Contact Card and Delve. If everything looks ok, there’s no need to take action.

If there is more (or less) information available than you’d like to be visible, you’ll want to check and update your Outlook Contact Card and check your details in Delve (start at office.com, select Me (your photo), click My Profile, and Update Profile.)
