As Oracle Cloud implementation moves forward, data accuracy becomes more important than ever. IT Solutions encourages you to search your name on the TWU website to ensure accuracy. Some places to check:

• TWU Directory (person and department)
• RingCentral Call Queues 
• iAssets (which assets are assigned to you)
• twu.edu (search for yourself + check department website)
• Faculty & Staff Profiles
• Call your work number 

To update information

Create a ticket at servicecenter.twu.edu for changes to the following in the directory.

• Office Location
• Phone Number 

To update a department name on the directory, email hr@twu.edu. Queue managers can update call queues in RingCentral, and iAssets is self-service. To update a department website, email webteamrequest@twu.edu.

Faculty and staff can update their profiles by editing information in MY1CV (Sedona). 

Employees can manage phone settings, including call hold music and voicemail greeting. Submit a ticket at servicecenter.twu.edu with an audio recording of your name.

Departments may find the Department Data Template a useful tool for organizing employees’ information.
