February's virtual staff council meeting is set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, via Zoom.

This month's guest speaker is TWU Vice President for Finance and Administration and CFOO Jason Tomlinson, presenting an update on compensation and classification study by Huron and construction projects followed by a Q&A session.

The meeting will also detail several opportunities for recognizing staff colleagues during the month of February:

• Staff Council will be reaching out to every staff member through emails and posters
• Staff Council is accepting nominations by 5 p.m. on Feb. 29 for the Feyten-Wick Health & Wellbeing Endowed Champion Award, using this form
• Staff Council is bringing back the “On My Own Time” Exhibit for Staff Appreciation Day, and is accepting submissions to have work displayed as part of the exhibit using this form
