As students, faculty and staff return for the fall 2020 semester, Texas Woman’s University wants to put its best face forward and show we’re following social distancing guidelines designed to slow the spread of COVID-19.
When posting photos to TWU social media accounts, or when submitting photos to Inside TWU, be sure the photos show individuals appropriately following social distancing guidelines — standing 6 or more feet apart and wearing masks.
The goal is to model in photos (and videos) the behavior we want students, faculty and staff to follow when in groups of two or more. It won’t always be easy. Students may post photos on their personal social media accounts that don’t meet social distancing guidelines, but try not to share those on TWU accounts. Also, if you use pre-COVID photos on social media, please include a statement such as “Photo from fall 2019.”
