The College of Professional Education (COPE) has announced the Research, Inclusion & Innovation Speaker Series. This year’s series presents a diverse group of speakers with varied backgrounds and topics to speak across the fall and spring semesters.
Speaking engagements will be online through Zoom. The first in the series is at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6 and will feature Glenda Flores, PhD, author of “Latina Teachers: Creating Careers and Guarding Culture.”
“This speaker series is an example of our ongoing efforts to promote research culture and inclusive excellence in COPE,” said Jorge Figueroa Flores, associate dean of Research, Inclusion & Innovation in COPE.
