The Texas Woman’s University Board of Regents will conduct its quarterly meeting via videoconference at 10 a.m., Friday, May 15. Rather than conduct the regular two-day meeting, committees and the full board will meet on the same day. All meetings will be available via livestream.

• Recommend approval of faculty for promotion and tenure
