The Texas Woman's University Board of Regents will conduct its regular quarterly meeting Friday, Aug. 14. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. and may be viewed via livestream.

Items on the agenda include:

• Fiscal Year 2021 budget discussion and vote
• Promotion/Tenure recommendations
• An honorary degree will be awarded to former Regent George Schrader
• A recognition will be presented to Dr. Richard Woodcock, donor
• A vote on approval of the Faculty/Staff Tuition Assistance Program
• Budget discussion/vote on new fieldhouse construction
• Future renaming of Bralley Building
• Chancellor Feyten’s evaluation
